A former classical pianist, Annick Goutal left the world of music to pursue a modelling career. Her life took a dramatic turn when a chance meeting with a perfumer from Grasse would change her life forever. Goutal discovered that she had a talent for crafting fragrances and opened her first Parisian boutique in 1980. Goutal’s lovely perfumes were an instant hit with the French elite. Annick Goutal passed away in 1999, and the magic of Annick Goutal is continued by her daughter Camille Goutal.
Her perfumes capture the memories of people she loved, landscapes and rare moments which touched her life. As she composes her perfumes note by note, like a musician composing a symphony, she invites you to enter her private universe, where she shares with you her celebration of life, beauty, elegance, refinement and love. Each is made with only the finest essential oils and natural ingredients, which makes them extra long-lasting.
