  • What do I get with bellabox?
    • Every month, you’ll receive a box filled with four to five deluxe samples from high-end brands and boutique and cult brands from around the world. Each month will be a different mix of beauty product, ranging from makeup, skincare, fragrance, body, hair products and a even a lifestyle product. The samples are generously sized, to ensure you can really test out the product and discover the products you love.
  • What is the cost of bellabox?
    • The price is $19.95 each month for the bellabox, there are no extra charges – it even includes packaging and sending right to your door by courier! If you use a UOB credit card you will incur an 0.08% charge on top of the subscription price.
  • When do you process payment for bellabox?
    • The first payment is an initial payment and it is processed on the day your sign up, to secure your membership and the first box. The next payment is processed on the 1st of the next box. Subsequent payments will always take place on the 1st of the month. 
  • When will my bellabox be sent?
    • bellabox is like a magazine subscription you get each month. We send out the bellaboxes around the 10th of each month after payment has been processed. bellaboxes will be send via courier - which will take 2-5 days of delivering it to your doorstep.
  • How is my bellabox sent?
    • Your box is sent each month with our courier partners. This delivery service operates 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm. You can set your preferred delivery time in your account to ensure your package is delivered the first time.
  • Can I track where my monthly box is?
    • You will get a tracking number so you can locate your package, it will be emailed to you. You can go to the courier website and track your parcel.
  • Will you tell me what is coming in my bellabox?
    • The content of your monthly bellabox is a real surprise! To gauge what type of products you will get and the brands you can check out the brand partner’s page. We are scouring the globe to bring you the best products out there and if it is not available in Singapore, then we will bring it in.
  • Is the bellabox customised for me?
    • It is important to fill out the Beauty Profile as we customise the boxes to fit your profile. Many samples are sent to everyone – these products are chosen carefully to ensure that they’ll work for a wide range of styles, skin types, and colourings. Other samples are chosen specifically for your skin and beauty needs and style.
  • Can I return my bellabox for a refund?
    • Once you have been charged on your account, we cannot refund your bellabox. Any cancellations will take effect for the following month. We do not accept returns.
  • How do I get more information on how to use the samples?
    • bellabox website has all the detailed information on how to get the most out of your samples. In the Shop section of our site, visit the product page of the sample and you can learn more about the product. Also you can read our online magazine and for daily updates on the products you will sample in your bellabox.
  • I love this sample! Where can I buy it?
    • You can buy full-size versions of your sample products directly through the bellabox shop.
  • How does the rewards program work?
    • The bellabox Rewards program is designed to help you get the most out of your membership. We reward you for doing the things you already do: shop on bellabox.sg, refer friends to the program or give feedback on samples.   • My Reward Points have not been added to my account, why not?
    • Reward points are added the moment payment is processed, sometimes there is a time difference between you confirming payment and when the payment is processed. Only purchases above $10 are eligible for the usage of rewards points.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept payment with PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • Annual memberships may only be cancelled at the termination of the membership period and not during the term of the membership. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time upon giving us 15 days notice of your intention to cancel. All membership cancellation requests should be directed to compile the Cancellation Form. Given our required notice period, please know if you compile the form after the 25th of any month, your cancellation will take effect from the subsequent month.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    • bellabox is only available to residents of Singapore. If you are living in Australia, you can visit our Australian website at http://www.bellabox.com.au.
