Completely Free! Your monthly box is hand delivered to you by courier without a shipping charge. In addition, any purchases of full size items that were sampled in the bellabox that month plus any purchases over $50 are shipped for free. Purchases under $50 and outside of the sampled month are charged a flat $4 fee.
How long does it take?
We process all deliveries of full size items within 24 hours each business day. The courier can take between 1 to 5 days to deliver your package.
How do I get my monthly box?
Your box is hand delivered each month with a courier service and you will have to sign for it. You can set your preferred delivery time in your account to increase the chance of getting your package within the first delivery. Otherwise, if it is undelivered then we try a second time to deliver your package.
Can I track where my monthly box is?
You will get a tracking number so you can locate your package.
Can I track where my full size purchases are?
All purchases made on the bellabox website will be given a tracking code to locate your package.
How will I get my full size purchases from the website?
Your package will be delivered by courier service and you can expect your package with 1 - 3 days.
